How I Work
I’m a Registered Integrative Nutritionist, Award-winning Accredited Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Perimenopause & Menopause Practitioner, Breathwork Instructor, and Body Image Coach.
I bring a unique mix of expertise in nutrition, behaviour change, and lifestyle medicine. I help you come back to what actually works – whole body foundational health for your body, your life, and your season.
Grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of human behaviour, I help people make realistic, sustainable changes that improve their health, enhance their wellbeing, and support them to feel and function at their best now…and in to the future. I work with clients online and in-person through my private practice, consult with medical clinics and wellness spaces, and facilitate workshops across corporate, school, and community settings.
