Workplace Wellbeing That Works in Real Life

Engaging, evidence-informed wellbeing experiences that help employees support their energy, manage everyday stress and build healthier habits - without unrealistic routines or one-size-fits-all advice.

My practical, whole-person approach brings together nutrition, nervous-system health, sleep, movement and sustainable behaviour change. Employees don’t simply listen; they participate, practise and leave with realistic tools they can use immediately - both at work and at home.

Organisations can choose a high-impact standalone session, an interactive cooking or movement experience, or a tailored multi-session program designed to build momentum beyond a single wellbeing event.

Every program can be adapted to your organisation, workforce and wellbeing priorities. These experiences are designed to complement your broader people, health and psychosocial safety strategies.

Let’s create a wellbeing experience your people will remember and genuinely use.

Guest Speaking & Media

Grounded Conversations That Make Wellbeing Feel Possible

I’m available for keynote presentations, panel discussions, conferences, podcasts and media conversations exploring what it means to live and work well in the real world.

My speaking brings together evidence-informed health knowledge, professional experience and a warm, deeply human perspective. I translate complex ideas into practical insights audiences can understand, relate to and act upon - without fear, perfectionism or wellness overwhelm.

 My areas of expertise include:

  • Whole-person health and sustainable wellbeing

  • Nutrition, energy and emotional health

  • Stress and nervous-system regulation

  • Behaviour change and realistic habit-building

  • Women’s health through midlife

  • Perimenopause, menopause and workplace allyship

  • Body image, self-worth and our relationship with health

  • Bridging the gap between knowing what supports our health and being able to do it

Whether I’m speaking to employees, leaders, healthcare professionals or a broader public audience, my aim is to leave people feeling informed, understood and empowered - not judged or overwhelmed.

Workplace Health & Wellbeing Advisor

Bridging Health Knowledge and Sustainable Everyday Change

Knowing what supports better health is not always the same as knowing how to make it work in everyday life.

I partner with corporate businesses, healthcare practices, multidisciplinary teams and wellness organisations to develop practical, whole-person approaches to health and wellbeing. Through tailored advisory services, programs and individual support, I help organisations turn health knowledge into realistic action for their employees, clients and communities.

My evidence-informed approach recognises that nutrition, nervous-system regulation, sleep, movement, emotional wellbeing and everyday habits are deeply interconnected. By considering the whole person, including their needs, capacity, environment and stage of life - I help make wellbeing support more relevant, accessible and sustainable.

I bring a calm, collaborative and evidence-informed approach that integrates respectfully into existing workplace, wellbeing and healthcare frameworks. My role is to complement your organisation’s existing expertise and services, helping you offer more connected, practical and person-centred wellbeing support.

Let’s explore how a whole-person approach could strengthen the health and wellbeing of your employees, clients or community.

Schools Program

For schools, I deliver interactive breathwork, nutrition and cooking and body image workshops that support young people to develop healthier relationships with their bodies, food, and self-image.

These sessions invite participants to reflect on belief systems, challenge unhelpful narratives, and build confidence and self-worth.

Empowering Individuals to Thrive

During my workshops, participants learn practical strategies to reframe thinking patterns, beliefs, and behaviours - empowering them to move forward with greater confidence, self-respect, and resilience.
