About
Hi, I’m Romy – An integrative health practitioner, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Blending science with soul, I bring a unique mix of expertise in nutrition, behaviour change, and lifestyle medicine. I have worked in the health and wellbeing space for over 30 years, and what still lights me up is helping people feel healthier, happier, and more at home in their bodies, in a way that is realistic, kind, and genuinely sustainable.
I don’t believe looking after our health should feel overwhelming or restrictive. It should gently support your life - not consume it.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve understand first-hand how much our food choices, daily habits, stress levels, sleep, and self-talk influence how we function and feel - now and into the future.
But I’ve also seen how confusing, noisy, and extreme the wellness space can be. I’m deeply passionate about helping people understand and nourish their bodies - not punish them.
That’s why my work is grounded inA blend of evidence-based and complementary nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
Functional Testing where required, not guessing.
Whole-person care (not symptom chasing).
Respect for bodies of all shapes and sizes.
Prevention, longevity, and quality of life.
My Philosophy
Health isn’t just about what you eat or how you move - it’s a layered, evolving jigsaw puzzle.
Yes, nutrition matters. But so does everything else shaping your day-to-day experience:
• Your stress levels and nervous system.
• The quality of your sleep and recovery.
• How you move in ways that truly support your body.
• Your hormones and changing life stages.
• Your mindset, habits, relationships, and the mental load you carry.
Because real health is never one-dimensional - it’s the sum of how your whole life fits together.
We are all bio-individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach - and there never should be. What works beautifully for one person may be completely wrong for another. My role is to help you uncover your path.
How I Work With Clients
I take an integrative, whole-person approach to understand what’s really driving your symptoms, rather than just trying to silence them.
Health is a journey - not a quick fix - and I’ll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
Together, we focus on:
Building awareness and trust in your body.
Understanding the root cause of your symptoms.
Creating sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Restoring balance (without extremes).
Supporting long-term health, energy, and confidence.
And just so we’re clear: I don’t believe in diets, detoxes, calorie counting, or weekly weigh-ins. I do believe in real food, nourishment, education, and consistency - without guilt or perfectionism.
A Little About Me
Like many of my clients, I have a full life.
I’m a busy mum to three, a wife, and dog-mum to Archie and Milo - and I understand the juggle of wanting to feel well while managing real-life demands.
I’ve learned how to care for my own health in a way that’s flexible, supportive, and sustainable - and that’s exactly what I help my clients do too.
If you’re looking for a calmer, clearer way to feel better in your body - I’d love to support you.
